Sure, the capital can be expensive, but there are plenty of entirely free places to enjoy it without blowing your budget. Between strolls along the Seine, secret alleyways, peaceful gardens and iconic viewpoints, discover below my favorite places – all totally free.

Stroll through the courtyard, cross the gardens, and take time to admire the famous Colonnes de Buren – a real pleasure, especially early in the morning when the place remains quiet.

The view from the ground is already spectacular – you’ll get a superb panorama of the Champs-ĂlysĂ©es without spending a penny.
